Did you know there are free parenting workshops available for families in Cornwall? We all know parenting can have it’s challenging moments and it’s great to ask for help, seek some top tips and talk to others. The majority of the sessions are online, some are pre-recorded and some a timed session that you book to join. Some of the workshops offered are things like:
Understanding your child,
First Words Together,
Getting it right for children – a workshop for separating or separated parents,
Ready Steady Eat – an introduction to solid food,
Explore My World 0-1 years old,
Ready Steady Grow Antenatal and Postnatal Health and Wellbeing,
Empowered Parenting,
How to argue better etc etc etc.

You then need to select the age range for your child and on the new page that opens – look for the ‘Parenting Workshops/Groups’ link and it will show you a list of all the available workshops and sessions.
