We offer quality learning experiences for children.
The toddlers are able to walk to and from Penlee park from Nursery. They hold a members of staff’s hand and listen very well to our instructions to keep safe walking on the pavement.
The children enjoy their snack on a picnic blanket and there is lots of conversation about the surroundings, looking at the trees, dog walkers and children playing. The children are very good at spotting dogs, squirrels and birds on our adventures.
On one outing we saw a police car and the police officer put the blue flashing lights on to show the children, which they were all very excited by. The staff spoke to the children about the police officers jobs are to protect and help people.
We are very lucky to be able to walk to Penlee Park and have these adventures together.
