As part of their Goldilocks topic, Pre School worked incredibly hard to gather materials to build their own 3 chairs for the bears! They worked together to roll logs around the garden to collect them. They explored shape, weight and size as they manipulated the logs and moved them to create chairs. They made 3 chairs of differing sizes and added leaves to make them ‘comfy’! AMAZING creativity and teamwork. Whilst creating these together the children were showing super recall of the story and talking a lot about rhyme! A perfect example of how much learning happens when we are busy playing.
