How to use your World Book Day Token!

How do I use my World Book Day Token?

Your token is a FREE book for your child! 🙂 All children will be coming home with a book token this week.

Children can swap their £1 token for any of the World Book Day books at booksellers (including supermarkets). Find your nearest bookseller.

In exchange for the £1 token children can receive a World Book Day £1 book for free, or get £1 off a full price title, any full price book or audiobook (as long as the book or audiobook costs at least £2.99).

Children can use the ‘Look Insides’ on each of the £1 book pages to help them choose a book.

The World Book Day books are a gift to children from booksellers and publishers.

The £1 books are also available for sale, for £1, from some retailers.

Where can I use my token?

The redemption period for World Book Day 2023 £1 book tokens is from Thursday 16 February until Sunday 26 March 2023. You can redeem your World Book Day £1 book token at the following retailers:

• Sainsburys
• Tesco
• The Works
• Waterstones
• WHSmith

Early Books (For children a little bit bigger or to keep hold of for coming years!)
