On this important day all of the children were involved in one way or another.
Baby Room: The children explored red playdough and talked about making poppies. They also sponge painted giant poppies.
Toddler Room: The children went on a walk to the Promenade where they looked at the poppy wreaths layed at the war memorial.
Pre School: The children created detailed poppies using playdough and created potato print poppies in the duck garden as well as paper plate poppies inside.
We were particularly proud of Pre School who observed a minutes silence at 11:00, they sat on the logs so very quietly after staff talked about remembering great grandparents and all the soldiers.
