“I first started my journey at Bolitho Nursery in 2001 when I gained my level 3 Early Childhood Education qualification. I left the Nursery for a brief period between 2009 – 2013 where I gained my Degree and Early Years Teacher Status, I also qualified as an Early Years Assessor. I really missed the Nursery and the warm family feel it has, so naturally I jumped at the opportunity to return in 2013. I was promoted to manager in 2016 and continue to thrive on the daily challenges that this brings! I am very fortunate to be working alongside such a fabulous team. In my spare time I enjoy sea swimming, exploring the countryside and socialising with family and friends – which usually involves cake!!”

Otherwise I have worked in some of our wonderful local Primary Schools and Early Years Settings as SEN Support and Deputy Management. I joined Bolitho Nursery in 2013 shortly before having my son. My passion has always been supporting children with Special Educational Needs, giving them every opportunity to shine, alongside supporting their families to overcome any challenges and celebrate each and every achievement along the way.
